STAGE 2 OUTCOMES

English - A student

  1. communicates in a range of informal and formal contexts by adopting a range of roles in group, classroom, school and community contexts EN2-1A

STAGE 2 CONTENT

In Stage 2 students continue to develop their skills in using and applying the processes of Working Scientifically.

The emphasis is on producing evidence that can be shared with peers, requiring honesty and accuracy in recording and communicating, as well as evaluation of the process undertaken.

Students begin to reflect on the relationship between the process undertaken and their evidence, pondering on such questions as: 'How sure am I?'
